About Ghost-Co-Author Sperry Hunt

As best friend, extremely close relative and ghost writing partner to famed Dream City writer S. E. Hunt, I, Sperry Hunt, lead a double-life.

By day I am a computer programmer in Seattle at one of the world's cornerstone institutions in biomedical research.

But every night - very, very late - I fly high above the clouded moonlit ocean from Seattle to Dream City, never quite sure whether Professor Spotworth's buzzing, sputtering Astral Phaeton will stay aloft for the entire frigid, buffeted journey.

Once there, I join S. E. in a gloomy, back-alley coffee shop where we scribble, shout and toss notes at one another from opposite ends of a long, battered table. Our partnership in the Inventure Series is a matter of necessity for, while I am quite frankly better at the craft of writing, S. E. is a superior story teller. And it is he who has access to young Erin Isabelle and the accounts of her exceedingly interesting adventures.

Part of my agreement with S. E., by the way, is that I will not reveal the details of his formerly unprincipled life. Frankly, the fellow should go before a magistrate, but now that he is completely reformed I'm certain that would be unbenificial.

As for me, though I have been constant in my relationships, I've been quite the opposite in my professional and writing life. I've been a music teacher, carpenter, factory manager, database and network administrator and finally a computer programmer for a group of brilliant scientists. As a scribe, I've written scores of songs, a music textbook, eight screenplays and now have turned to writing books. It is my hope that my collaboration with S. E. will bring our readers an enjoyable and inspirational series about his close friend and our heroine, Erin Isabelle Becker-Spotsworth.
